Rules
Based on the service concept of “customer foremost” and the attitude
of being trustworthy, earnest and responsible, we will endeavor
to solve every problem encountered by the customer.
The technical service personnel is required to provide on-site service
with full patience and skilled technique.
Responsible for each product and each user of ours, we are open-minded
to receive any criticism and suggestions from each customer, and
we aim to constantly enhance our service relying on the service
concept of “customer’s satisfaction”.
Notes for User
Warranty Information
Zhonghang will provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchasing
and the whole-life maintenance and repair service for products;
and a two-year warranty for free of charge and whole-life maintenance
and repair service is provided for the high speed dome series products
(excepting for the camera and easily consumable components).
Within the warranty period (limited), the company will repair or
replace products for free of charge. Nevertheless , the user should
pay related maintenance/repair charge in the event of following
conditions (including within the warranty period) :
1. Man-made damages caused by user’s misuse or wrong operation;
2. Failures caused by repair or alternation taken by other personnel
not from our company;
3. Damages caused by force majeure.
All goods requiring warranty repair shall be sent freight repaid
to our company.
